Scheduled Jobs

Schedule your specialists to run automatically on a recurring basis. Perfect for daily reports, periodic data collection, and automated notifications.

Creating a Schedule

Navigate to Schedules in your dashboard and click New Schedule. Select a specialist, define the task prompt, and choose your schedule type.

Schedule Types

Configure how often your specialist runs with flexible scheduling options.

  • Interval — Run every N minutes, hours, or days
  • Daily — Run at a specific time each day
  • Weekly — Run on specific days of the week
  • Cron — Full cron expression for advanced schedules

Monitoring Executions

Track every execution with detailed logs. View status (success, failed, timeout), execution duration, and full output for each run. Set maximum run counts and failure thresholds.

Delivery & Notifications

Optionally configure delivery for job results — receive output via email, Slack, or any connected integration automatically after each execution.

Workflows

Build multi-step automations with a visual drag-and-drop workflow builder. Chain specialist actions, add conditions, and create complex business processes without code.

Visual Workflow Builder

Create workflows using our canvas-based editor. Drag nodes from the palette, connect them with edges, and configure each step. The builder supports zoom, pan, and auto-layout.

Triggers & Conditions

Every workflow starts with a trigger node. Choose from:

  • Manual — Run on demand from the dashboard
  • Schedule — Run on a cron or interval schedule
  • Webhook — Trigger via an incoming HTTP request

Add condition nodes to branch logic based on previous step outputs.

Node Types

Trigger

Starts the workflow — manual, scheduled, or webhook

Specialist

Runs an AI specialist with a specific prompt and tools

Condition

Branches based on output values or expressions

Delay

Waits for a specified duration between steps

Execution & History

Run workflows manually or let triggers fire them automatically. The execution history panel shows every run with per-node status, outputs, and timing. Pause, activate, or delete workflows at any time.
